Cuties

After a week away, we have settled back into our regular routine. Drew is walking and talking more every day. Emma is busy with school and ballet, and she can't wait for her class Valentine's Day party next week!

She went to a playdate at her friend Olivia's house today and came home with a lovely princess magic wand. She wanted me to share a picture of her magic wand and her hair braid she wore today, so I've posted it below. If you look closely, you will also see the latest trend sweeping through her class...the mismatched socks look. All of the girls are doing it, even their teacher. I think she'd rather go barefoot than wear two matching socks at the moment!

Meanwhile, Drew got to run errands with Mom and Dad on this very windy, blustery day. To help him stay warm, we put on his winter hat that we really haven't had a reason to use since we bought it last fall, with the exceptionally mild winter we've had. He looked so cute, we couldn't resist sharing!
