Emma had a very busy weekend, spending Friday night with Grandma & Grandpa Korey, Saturday afternoon exploring the model home in our new neighborhood while Mom & Dad picked out colors & options for the interior, and Saturday night with cousin Alex. She and Nathan had a little pow-wow after church on Sunday, and Emma gave him the scoop on everything he needs to know, since she's his older, wiser 2nd cousin (or are they 3rd cousins?).We are now up to 4 teeth. The top one on her right side came in last week, and her top left one is just now popping through. Only, what, 16 more to go until she has all of her baby teeth?
On the food front, we are learning constantly about what she does and doesn't like. She's still not too keen on fresh banana, but she will eat a few pieces now and then. The jury seems to be out on pasta, as well as cheese. She loves fresh peach and fresh mango, but isn't crazy about fresh pear. She will eat chunks of cooked carrot if it's very soft. But mostly, she's happy munching on her Cheerios. I think she could eat an entire box in one sitting if I'd let her!
