Warm spring day

With the warm weather we had yesterday, Emma finally got to try on one of her cute spring dresses. We were afraid she might outgrow them all before she ever got a chance to wear them. This one came from her friend Hannah. She is also modeling her new shoes.


You can see that she is very close to sitting up all by herself. She can pull herself forward from a reclined position just fine, but she doesn't have any brakes, so she ends up folded in half with her face touching her feet (which is where she is headed in that last picture). We like to say that she folds up compactly for easy under-the-bed storage!

And here she is, waiting for Uncle Mike & Aunt Heather to arrive for a visit.

Tomorrow is our lunch date with Niki and Audrey. Can't wait to see how much more they interact with each other since our last lunch date back in January!
