Emma went over to play at cousin Alex's house today. She had lots of fun looking at all of his toys, but she took a special liking to his Sit-n-Spin. (Remember those from your childhood? Makes you nauseous just thinking about it, doesn't it?) It only took her a few minutes to get the hang of it before she was spinning around like a pro!
Alex was mostly concerned that the music keep playing -- they make them with obnoxious music now -- so he kept hitting the buttons to make sure that Emma could listen to some good tunes while sitting and spinning.
As much as Emma loved playing with Alex's toys, have no fear -- she has not lost her passion for those jigsaw puzzles from the last post! She is as dedicated as ever. Seriously. Her mom & dad twitch involuntarily at the thought of having to sit on the floor and put them together and take them apart one more time...
Tomorrow we are having dinner at Grandma & Grandpa H's house with the whole family before Megan and Nathan head back to South Dakota. Emma is certainly going to miss sneaking peeks at Nathan in church on Sunday mornings!
