Since most of you don't get the opportunity to see the multitude of drawings and paintings that fill our house every day, we decided to share of few of Emma's recent works of art. Here are some of our favorites, as described by the artist herself:
First up, we have "Rainbow":
Next, "Turtle In A Flower Garden":
"Window Squares":
"The Letter P":
"Dot Colors":
And finally, "Fishbowl":
Andrew is so overwhelmed by the art that he has literally passed out!
By the way, to update from last Friday, the big surprise was that Emma's class got to eat popcorn and watch a couple of Dr. Seuss cartoons, like The Cat In The Hat and Green Eggs And Ham. What an excellent surprise! And Emma's teachers loved her creative Q show and tell (the picture of Andrew Quinn). I was very proud to tell them that she came up with the idea all by herself!
