Exciting news from the Haggerty/Meissner family today - Megan (my cousin) gave birth to a baby boy! He wasn't due for a few more weeks, but he apparently didn't feel like waiting any longer. I hope I get this right - I'm pretty sure he weighed 6 lbs 8 oz and measured 18" long. Megan did some seriously hard work this morning, delivering the baby with no epidural and having some painful back labor. VERY impressive.
Welcome to the family, Baby Nathan! Emma will have some serious competition for the spotlight when they come to Atlanta for a visit in June!
